Our birth charts can show this propensity. It can be detected by identifying three of the 27 lunar stars that live in the Scorpion's stinger in the sky. There are specific placements in the birth chart that reveal if you have a soul contract to be a victim of deception, the perpetrator, or if you police it.

Some of this karma comes from invisible imprints from other lifetimes, which I can see in your chart, so we can't blame genetics or environment entirely, but they certainly do factor in.
